Shifter FBX tool: fix loading/saving from export node to widget, remove dependencies #277

Removes the settings manager save functionality and only loads/saves data from the export node, to fix the issue of saved widget information across different Maya files.

Also removed some MASH dependencies in the partitions outliner.
