Crank: new targets are not keeping Edit on by default + Adding new functions

The issue is related to the callback when using parallel. It triggers when is parallel active. Ideally we should use DG when sculpting

• [x] add button to turn off edit easily
• [x] Check the evaluation Manager and avoid installing the callback if is parallel
• [x] When the tool is open check if we are in DG or parallel and prompt the user to change to DG
• [x] recover previous evaluation state when the tool is closed
• [x] add crank channel box
