Synoptic: Make default synoptic tabs compatible with Python3

Sorry if this has been already solved, but i think this will fix the issue. #43

• fix parentheses print function
• fix relative imports with dot notation

visibility, quadruped, control_list, baker, biped tabs are loaded as expected.

Hello @yamahigashi thanks for the PR I think this is the fix that was needed for this issue https://github.com/mgear-dev/mgear4/issues/43

I will check and merge ASAP :)
