Closing this, as I'm cleaning up my code a bit, and will include this in a bigger pull request for Plebes shortly, that adds support for transferring skin weights from generated characters to the mGear joints, rather than just constraining to them. I've already got it working, I just need to test it a bit, before I send a new pull request.
Added Plebes templates for Autodesk Character Generator characters, which is a web based character generator that you have access to through your Maya subscription. There are two templates, for characters exported with medium or high skeleton resolutions. The main difference between the two is that the high one has roll bones.
