Tool to create and manage tweakers (Doritos if you are old Softimage user ;0 )

- work based in loft or vertex position - IO to json - create mirror command. Related to issue #4

Just simple update of tweakers module

NOTE: After evaluating the needs for the tools and the current status of the tweakers.py module. The tool is cancel in favor of a simple update of the module
