rbf manager hotfix, prevents new creation #69

hotfix for bug introduced in #62 Checks for existing rbf setups attached to a node that is not yet created. Errors. reported here http://forum.mgear-framework.com/t/mgear-3-7-8-release/2048/2?u=rafael

I think there is still room for improvement in the overall logic for how the rbf manager detects existing setups, but this will suffice for now.
