Change on Shifter leg_2jnt_tangent component settings UI #81

Problem: The minimum division for the limb component in the QSpinBox was set to 2

Solution: The minimum division for the limb component in the QSpinBox now is set to 1

@nestorcolt I have changed it to keep the default value to 2. Min value still 1, but is important to don't change the default behavior, just in case someone relies on this default configuration ;)
