Publish Ivy distribution #111

Due to changes in the packaging of Angular 13 package format. Libraries should publish Ivy native distributions now. The currently released version of this library doesn't seem to have changed the format to the new version yet:

Processing legacy "View Engine" libraries:
- ngx-quicklink [es2015/esm2015] (git+https://github.com/mgechev/ngx-quicklink.git)
Encourage the library authors to publish an Ivy distribution.

It seems to work fine, but publishing the new format shouldn't be a big change and increases build speed and removes the warning.

@georgelviv now it's done, if you take a look to the compileurMode now we are in a partail mode
