No IStateInterpreter adapter for BTrees.Length.Length #26

BTrees.Length.Length pickles to an int object, and I've no IStateInterpreter multi-adapter that can handle (, int, ).

Should be simple to fix.

Huh. I cannot reproduce this in functional tests. Maybe there is a state interpreter I forgot about?

Oh right, I added FallbackState in ab628a752843ccdb6b89da5db59f8952b687e546.
