It appears that 43540500003 is triggered if the sending mail server is not in the SPF record

Also did some trial and error testing, when I removed an inline img tag, the only one in the email, the SFS signals 5073199012,69100299015,4076899003 disappeared Previously my email had 13230040, 5073199012, 69100299015, 4076899003, 8096899003

HTML was

<tr valign="middle" style="vertical-align:middle">
    <td class="content" valign="top" style="text-align:center;">
        <img class="logo" src="https://domain.fqdn.com/header.jpg" width="600" height="145" alt="Valid alt text" style="display:block; margin:0 auto; max-width:100%; height:145px; width:600px" />
    </td>
</tr>

Another test, 366016 SFS appeared when a colleage emailed me directly (same originating domain/tenant), but when the same email content was sent from gmail, this signal was not present
