Require swipe gesture to start at the margin #102

Before that, when scrolling a wide element (e.g. a table) horizontally, the sidebar would open inadvertently.

Now, the swipe has to start at the margin (within 20 pixels), which means there is no conflict with scrolling wide elements, because there is a margin of 20 pixels.
