Make GUI

I want to make a GUI (Tkinter?) that will do the following (subject to change):

• Welcome the user.
• Provide some directions on how to use the tool.
• Have the user point the project in the direction of their music library (e.g., the files they want to have album artwork).
• Have the user point the project in the direction of where they want the downloaded artwork to be temporarily stored while the project does its work.
• Have "run the project" button.
