Push releases to conda-forge #81

I installed maup a month or two ago using conda. The examples from the README file were getting errors. It looks like there are fixes on the GitHub site that weren't pushed to conda; perhaps they should be?

Thank you for posting this issue! We have decided to deprecate support for conda-forge across all of our packages, so we are requesting all users use pip exclusively to install and update Maup moving forward.
