Should we replace gs1:postalAddress with a more generalized gs1:Place #4

This would allow us to capture the geo coordinate and GLN in the same object.

We observed that some parties are doing GPS localization of receipt data postal addresses can be converted to GPS coordinates with some uncertainty and error, The problem is that the gs1:place is quite a bit more complicated to parse.

Since geo is important to the ongoing POCs, I'll replace gs1:address with gs1:place and include an address and a geo in the samples.
