3d model database #21

Create a database with open 3D models of accelerators self-drawn in FreeCAD for those hospitals not able to get the original files / or NDAs.

To be potentially stored in Slicer RT, here: https://github.com/SlicerRt/SlicerRT/tree/master/RoomsEyeView/TreatmentMachineModels/

Or better in an independent repository, to not mess around with SlicerRT. As the files might be several Mb big, it's better if it is disengaged from other pieces of software.
