What is the best mechanism to open/browse the odata resources here http://ourcommons.ca/odata

It's unclear to me how to even navigate to the next step.

Might be worth trying to setup something like http://swagger.io/

How does that work @nschonni I haven't played around with it before. In my brief review Swagger seems to be more about building APIs rather than consuming them. Although it also clearly says that it helps you to "consume your RESTful APIs".
