Did you use email address as your username? This is important.
Having the same problem. Maybe Garmin changed something on their security methods?
It seems so, something is different, so I'll leave the issue open until its fixed.

I successfully used quick-plan 8 days ago, but trying it today, I also get the same error message as mentioned by @Brilgwae
Release 0.3.5 should fix this. Please let me know if that worked.

I get a "Login was not successful, check your username and password and try again." when trying to log. Everything worked 2 days ago. Checked several time the username and password
