decreased survival rate vs premature death #145

We currently have two terms (listed as siblings) decreased survivor rate [MP:0008770] and premature death [MP:0002083] which are broadly overlapping. I can imagine situations in which "premature death" might be appropriate where "decreased survival rate" might not but not the reverse. Thus I would suggest decreased survival rate as a child of premature death.

If the survivor rate describes a situation where partial pre- or perinatal lethality is involved, the premature death [MP:0002083] term would not be appropriate, so it should not be a child of this term.
