Add a term for abnormal epigenetic regulation of gene expression (refer to GO:0040029)

Render epigenetic coat coloration [MP:0008239] obsolete. Coat coloration is not epigenetic itself. The visible phenotype is variegated coat color. The remainder of description can be covered with new term above.

New term added: abnormal epigenetic regulation of gene expression [MP:0012167]

epigenetic coat coloration [MP:0008239] is rendered obsolete.

this seems to me to be more of a mechanism than a phenotype. This doesnt really belong in a phenotype ontology??
