enlarged seminiferous tubule #2191

Currently the text definition specifies "diameter" but the logical definition is for "size". Could there be increased length of the tubules as well? Should the term be modified? Need to review annotations.

Also how does enlarged seminiferous tubule relate to dilated seminiferous tubule given the current definition. Also, small seminiferous tubule refers to diameter and has the exact synonym "narrow seminiferous tubules".
