Any MP term with the word fetus/fetal should have a synonym that replaces fetus/fetal with foetus/foetal.

Also applies to feto- prefix e.g. abnormal alpha-fetoprotein level MP:0012600 and child terms decreased alpha-fetoprotein level MP:0012601 and increased alpha-fetoprotein level MP:0012602 (using synonym foetoprotein)
