Current EQ for overexpanded pulmonary alveoli MP:0001183:

'has part' some ('increased size' and ('inheres in' some 'alveolar system') and ('has modifier' some abnormal))

Change EQ to use increased volume (PATO:0000595) instead of increased size to reflect textual definition.

DEF: expanded volume of the saclike terminal dilation of the respiratory bronchioles, alveolar ducts and alveolar sacs across which gas exchance occurs between alveolar air and the pulmonary capillaries

Change "dilated" and "enlarged" alveoli to related synonyms.
