What MP term do I use if the authors state that accumulation of lysosomal storage material is seen in certain parts of the brain? (see genotype MGI:3759418).

I wonder if we could have some sort of lysosomal storage term? I’m seeing that accumulation of lysosomal storage material is annotated to all sorts of things…from the different brain regions to abnormal lysosome morphology or physiology and we are not being very consistent in how we annotate lysosomal storage. Maybe something Sue and you could discuss to see if we could have a new term?

add synonym accumulation of lysosomal storage material

review annotations add location specific children, consider if the child is relevant for disease, how many annotations to that tissue, stay with broader tissue, does accumulation only in that tissue with a specific mutation
