Terms missing definitions in OBO dashboard report #3405

The OBO dashboard report lists 167 mp terms missing definitions http://dashboard.obofoundry.org/dashboard/mp/robot_report.html we should work on adding definitions to these terms.

There are also non-mp terms listed as missing definitions. Don't worry about these for now.

Terms for which definitions have been added in Protege (marked as "done" on the Google doc) still do not have their definitions displayed on the MGI MP Browser or Ontobee. HOWEVER, their definitions are properly displayed on OLS. e.g. abnormal/increased/decreased/absent trophectoderm cell proliferation)

See also issue #2793: in this case, definitions are displayed on Ontobee and OLS but NOT on the MGI MP Browser.
