Amend textual definition of stenosis terms #3896

Most, but not all, MP stenosis terms include "abnormal narrowing or constriction of X" in their textual definition.

Need to review all stenosis terms and revise the textual definition, as needed, for consistency.

Revised textual definition to include "abnormal narrowing or constriction of X" in all relevant terms. For pulmonary vein stenosis MP:0010438, added pulmonary venous obstruction as a related synonym.
