Consider changing the primary term label to "abnormal myocardial fiber apoptosis", using "abnormal ADULT cardiomyocyte apoptosis" as a synonym.

Also, move any erroneous annotations to the appropriate terms (abnormal fetal cardiomyocyte apoptosis MP:0011391 or its child terms, as needed).

In addition, check current annotations to abnormal myocardial fiber mitochondrial morphology MP:0014343, some refer to embryonic stages, some do not specify age

• [x] remove abnormal myocardial fiber physiology as a parent of the general term and make this a parent of the new adult term
