review use of functionality in eqs #3996

Functionality should only be used with anatomical entities or cellular components. We need to review the use of this to make sure it is not used with GO process terms. Change these to use process quality

All the rest of functionality eqs are for anatomical entity, cell, cellular component, or chemical Only chemical is histamine - most other chemicals have a parent that is abnormal X homeostasis not physiology. Not sure why this one is physiology. Closing this ticket as the use of functionality appears okay
