add terms for abnormal/increased/decreased intestinal stem cell proliferation

CL term 'intestinal crypt stem cell' http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/CL_0002250 See J:349252 (PMID:38558797)

currently I have the annotation under MP:0010155 (abnormal intestine physiology),

Should also add terms for morphology of these cells, multiple annotations under MP:0000490 refer to increase/decreased numbers of these cells

Also review annotations to MP:0008883, some of these are for stem cells
