premature aging and slow aging terms - delete EQs #4046

premature aging MP:0003786 and slow aging MP:0011614 currently have EQs that use the obsolete aging GO term GO:0007568 (The reason for this obsoletion is that aging represents a phenotype).

We need to delete the EQs from these MP terms.
