somatosensory cortex placement #623

The MP has somatosensory cortex as a sibling of neocortex but the MA has somatosensory cortex as a child of neocortex (region). We should try to reconcile these placements.

In many mammals, the neocortex = the cerebral cortex. But there are exceptions and conflicting opinion. There is debate as to the cross-species nomenclature for neocortex (what's included and what's not). And there is conflicting opinion in the literature as to whether the hippocampus (not part of neocortex) is part of the cerebral cortex....or only part of the hippocampus is part of the neocortex... I'll have to consult Terry and I may have to have a different structure in the MP vs the MA to accommodate other species.
