Currently only decreased leukocyte cell number and pancytopenia are under decreased blood cell number (MP:0000237). Please consider also placing decreased erythrocyte cell number (MP:0002875) and decreased platelet cell number (MP:0003179) under this term.

"decreased blood cell number" is a weird, badly defined term. From the term name it is not clear that "hemaotpoietic" cells are meant or whether it refers to cells only in the circulation.

I will obsolete this term and replace it with a general "abnormal hematopoietic cell number" with in/decreased terms, and appropriate children.
