Why is this enhancement useful?

Allow users to directly benefit from using ShiVector by providing a tool to 
translate ShiVector output into space-time diagrams.

What is an example use case for this enhancement?
After running ShiVector, users should be able to paste logs into our online 
tool and immediately see a space-time diagram.

ShiVector exists and is deployed. Refining future todos in smaller issues.
