Quoting failures for multiple line output in fork model #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uncomment the commented 'fork' test cases in test.pl
2. make test
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Invalid arguments [from memory]

The problem is thought ot be in base Argv.
A fix similar to the one in ClearXase::Argv.pm r22 should fix these.

Fix in Argv.pm 1.23, following which I uncommented the test cases: they pass 
now.
