What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using MGi wrapper
2. ct ci -nc -rm -from /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10/ClearCase/ForceLock.pm
ForceLock.pm 

What is the expected output?

[successful checkin]

What do you see instead?

cleartool: Error: Unable to access
"/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10/ClearCase/ForceLock.pm": No such file or
directory.
cleartool: Error: Unable to check in "ForceLock.pm".
