Documentation for after_each is incorrect #180

http://www.easyb.org/howtos.html states "easyb supports post style fixtures
via after and after_each -- these clauses should reside at the *bottom of
story*."

However, after_each does not work if at the bottom of the story, as
discussed in issue 167.  The documentation needs to state that the
after_each clause must come before any scenarios.
