Write tag keyword to easyb reports #196

As a developer 

I want to execute easyb tests tagged with 'tag' keyword and then to get xml 
report with 'tag' keyword being populated.

So that I can prepare custom report based on easyb xml report that presents 
easyb tests grouped by tags
