Installed easyb on Galileo Eclipse - cannot find menus or Window Prefences

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unzip Eclipse 3.5 (Galileo)
2. Install Groovy 1.7.5
3. Use 1.5 JDK as JRE
4. In Eclipse install Groovy Plugin for eclipse 3.5 - restart
5. Install easyb plugin from the update URL
6. no errors on install, restart.
7. Cannot find New menu items for story or spec, cannot find preferences to 
point easyb plugin to Groovy libs for easyb and other needs.

NOTE: I did this once for my existing Galileo install - it worked.  Needed to 
reinstall Galileo and BAM.  Problems with easyb plugin.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to see preferences for easyb plugin and be able to right click 
New a story in a project.  No menus no wizards.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP, Groovy 1.7,5, easyb from Groovy libs 0.9.7, and easyb plugin 0.0.15
