Not receiving FCM #198

I have tried to set up FCM for the app but it does not seem to be working, I have followed the docs and nothing seems to be working, it does not seem to be connecting to the firebase console as it is not adding the device installed

adding the device to what exactly? also, have you tried sending notification from the firebase panel first? use the unique FCM_TOKEN present in the cookie & log to push notification from panel.
