fix error of camera in Android 12 #251

Hello @mgks , long time no see. In Android 12, I fixed the error of Camera in File Chooser. And I fixed some Pending Intent Error in Android 12.

@starman1108 yes its been a while now and I'm really disappointed by myself for not keeping up with the project. I've been busy with studies and work, and quite exhausted all the time. Thank you so much for taking your time to find a fix and contribute. Cheers!!
