Creating a tag board with a tag with spaces redirects to a bad URL #351

I created a board using "Project Browser Top 100" as the tag, but when it redirected me to the board it went to /board/Project%20Browser%20Top%20100 which just whitescreen'd with a React / JS error.

/board/ProjectBrowserTop100 shows the right thing, so I think the bug is it redirected to the wrong place?
