It is now possible to view, revert and delete Media revisions similar to Block Content.

With this change, there are now also new granular permissions for granting permission to each the history page and revert and delete forms for media entities.
Users with the 'administer media' permission will have access without needing to grant the new permissions.
User with 'access media overview' and 'view any $bundle media history' permission can view revision history.
User with 'access media overview' and 'revert any $bundle media revisions' permission can revert to that revision.
User with 'access media overview' and 'delete any $bundle media revisions' permission can delete that revision.
