New dictionary for Drupal specific words #729

Introduced in branch/version: 10.2.x / 10.2.0-beta1

An additional dictionary, drupal-dictionary.txt was added to for Drupal specific words that are otherwise considered a misspelling by cspell.

The Drupal dictionary can be made by

yarn spellcheck:make-drupal-dict
