peptide_table.tsv fields empty with centroiding #8

After enabling differential MS1/MS2 centroiding, various fields in the output tsv file are empty. These are: Total abundance group_0_sample_0 Peak height group_0_sample_0 MS1 chromatographic points group_0_sample_0 MS2 chromatographic points group_0_sample_0
