Traffic lights position changes back to default when I resize the window.

When I set a custom position for traffic lights in preferences and then resize the window even a little bit (the size / amount doesn't matter), the traffic lights instantly go back to the position where they are when the extension isn't enabled.

I'm running into this issue as well, can we resolve this? I see two closed PRs that attempted to fix it.
