problem: currently when the "hide embedded title when level 1 heading present" setting setting is turned on, the # Heading 1 must be on the first line or first line after YAML. If there are characters above the H1, the plugin will inappropriately render the title.
expected behaviour: hide embedded title when there is a # heading 1 on any line in the note.
