Indentation Guides should ignore tabs in tables #15

It appears that IG is creating ig-tab span elements for tabs in a table.

This causes table column misalignment, especially apparent when using the Advanced Tables plugin.

Tested in Live Preview mode of Obsidian version v0.13.23.
