[Feature]: Allow for overview notes on the kanban board #1046

Goal or desired outcome of this feature

Writes notes on the kanban board (for example, to provide an overview of the project or link to a project brief)

Describe the feature

Allow for notes to be written above and/or below the lanes to provide details about the kanban. For example, I think it would be helpful to have a section above to provide an overview of the project.

Can you think of any alternatives or work-arounds?

the only way I can think of doing it is having a "project information" lane - not quite as accessible though.

Commenting to second this request. In addition, would be nice to also expose Properties. I suppose, a solution with great flexibility would be to render everything before the lists as a regular note.

A basic workaround could actually be to create additional list with a project overview card. It could then be mostly folded away.
