I see the same behavior (two dashes make an en-dash, another makes an em-dash) whether I have the "Skip en-dash" setting toggled on or off.
OS: Windows 10 Plugin version: 1.0.16 Obsidian version: 0.14.2
Oh, I see the problem. The "skip en-dash" behavior isn't supported in legacy mode, which for some reason I was in. Never mind.
P.S. super glad this plugin exists. Thanks for making it!
