medium-term: add to package managers #4

for easier managability, adding the CLI to a package managers (homebrew, npm, pip, whatever) would be very useful

Have only tested it on my machine, but it seems to work:

brew tap mgmeyers/pdfannots2json
brew install pdfannots2json
