Would be nice if this surround plugin was available in the sublime package control: http://wbond.net/sublime_packages/community

Yes, that would be great. It's pretty easy to add something to https://github.com/wbond/package_control_channel (instructions here: http://wbond.net/sublime_packages/package_control/package_developers)

@mgnandt: would it be ok with you if I went ahead and did that?

@jcartledge Crap - I didn't realize anyone was actually using this. Give me a week to clean it up - there's some pretty bad code in there right now.

@mgnandt Any update on the status of your cleanup? When you say "bad code", do you mean buggy or just ugly? Thanks.

Who cares if it is bad as long as it works. When you make your fixes package control will provide updates. Please add to Package Control.
